IndelB, a company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the production of refrigeration and air conditioning systems for the automotive, hospitality and leisure time sectors, has acquired 50% of Indel Webasto Marine, thus holding the majority of the company.

The seller – Webasto Roof & Components SE, part of the Germany-based Webasto international group, active in the design and production of car roofs, as well as in the development of electrification solutions for the automotive sector – was assisted for contractual, corporate and regulatory aspects by the law firm Ughi e Nunziante, with a team composed of partner Martin Hartl and Luca Sbenaglia.
