Martin Hartl

Martin heads the firm’s German Desk and deals with M&A, corporate law, commercial law and contract law; he also regularly assists employers in conflicts with executives. His main clients include a large international industrial group, which he has assisted first in several German law matters and now in as many Italian law matters.

He has occasionally lectured at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and written contributions for magazines and books.

Martin graduated in law in Rome and Munich and took the bar exam in Rome and the equivalent German exam in Munich, where he also obtained a PhD.

Prior to joining Ughi and Nunziante, Martin was a partner at the German firm Hengeler Mueller.
