Ughi e Nunziante announces the arrival of three new partners at its Milan office: Andrea Rescigno, Alessandro Pappalardo, and Luciano Racchi, along with their respective teams, for a total of 12 professionals.
Joining them are counsel Maurizio Fraschini and Barbara De Benedetti, and associates Raffaella Cenerino, Laura Cerri, Delia Francese, Gloria Lorenzon, Vittoria Pagliettini, Guido Malpezzi and Marco Nardone.
The addition of this group of professionals is in line with the growth strategy the Firm has been pursuing for several years.
With these new arrivals, the number of partners rises to 33, strengthening the Firm’s ability to provide highly qualified legal advice on complex—also international—transactions in the fields of corporate, commercial, litigation, and labor law.

Andrea Rescigno boasts over thirty years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. He advises leading clients in the chemical-pharmaceutical, industrial, and financial sectors, both domestically and internationally. He is an expert in litigation, arbitration, and compliance under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Alessandro Pappalardo has solid experience in corporate and commercial law, corporate compliance, and litigation, gained in the luxury, chemical, automotive, insurance, and healthcare sectors. He assists multinational clients in the international distribution of financial products and in managing legal issues related to compliance.
Luciano Racchi specializes in labor and social security law, with particular expertise in human resource management and corporate restructuring. He advises industrial groups on litigation, contracts, and issues related to INAIL tariffs.
