Simone Rossi

Simone has a significant expertise and experience in corporate and contractual matters, M&A and other extraordinary debt restructuring transactions, and corporate crisis management.

He advises financial institutions and industrial companies; companies belonging to multinational groups and family-based companies.

He assists family-based companies on aspects of corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and family pacts, including with regards to generational handovers.

He is a member of the international associations TMA – Turnaround Management Association and Legalmondo.

After earning his degree from the University of Bologna, he was admitted to the bar in 1999.

Prior to joining Ughi e Nunziante, Simone gained more than 25 years’ experience in leading law firms.
