Riccardo is an expert in labor law and has extensive experience in all aspects related to the management of labor relations, including day-by-day contracting and counseling, corporate restructuring operations, incentive plans, non-competition agreements, disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals and related litigation. Riccardo has also gained specific experience in industrial relations and has been participating since 2018 as a technical expert at the renewal tables of the National Collective Bargaining Agreements for the Tourism Industry, Air Transport and Ropeway Installations.
After graduating in 2008 from the University of Perugia, Riccardo was admitted to practice law in 2011 and received a PhD in Labor Law from the Università Politecnica delle Marche in 2014. In 2018, he completed his specialization at the School of Advanced Training in Labor Law, Trade Union and Social Security of the Italian Association of Labour Lawyers, and in December 2023 he was awarded the title of lawyer specialist in Labor Law and Social Security by the CNF.
Since academic year 2018/2019, he has been an Adjunct Professor of Labor Law at the Faculty of Medicine, La Sapienza University of Rome, and at the same University he has been a lecturer of the Master’s Degree in Law and Sports and is a lecturer of the Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Social Security.
He is the author of a monograph and numerous scientific publications in Italian and international journals.
