Pietro Pastorello

Pietro deals with corporate law and M&A, focusing on both domestic and cross-border transactions, energy and natural resources law, banking law and personal data protection.

He has also gained significant experience in assisting Italian and foreign companies, as well as, multinational in commercial negotiations and business assistance in general.

After graduating with honors from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome in 2005, Pietro has been a member of the Bar since 2009.
