Pietro Orzalesi

Pietro assists a predominantly international clientele in corporate and M&A transactions in the Italian market, with particular focus on the small and mid-cap sector.

Of Italian and French nationality and culture, Pietro has consolidated experience and a significant track record in transactions involving the acquisition of Italian companies by French operators (industrial and/or private equity). In this field, he is recognised as one of the Italian professionals of reference for French investors thanks to his ease with cultural mediation and professional skills.

Pietro provides his clients with assistance on an ongoing basis, often acting as trusted advisor and pivot on various expertise of the Firm and beyond. Thanks to a long experience in the Legal Practice of one of the so-called Big Four, working in close contact with all Transaction Service professionals, Pietro has developed a remarkable organisational ability and multidisciplinary aptitude aimed at successfully completing even complex transactions with a plurality of stakeholders, he has been dealing with extraordinary transactions, combining these skills and capabilities with a tailor-made and client-friendly approach.

Prior to joining Ughi e Nunziante, Pietro gained over 20 years’ experience in leading law firms.
