Maurizio Luigi Fraschini

Maurizio assists domestic and foreign clients  with mergers and acquisitions operations, private equity transactions, financing agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts.

He assists companies from their establishment as legal entities and in relation to all legal aspects of their operations including their corporate governance, extraordinary transactions and litigation matters.

He was admitted to the Bar in 1989. He has been  admitted to plead before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) since 2007.
