Marco Misiti

Marco is an expert in M&A, private equity, banking and finance and, in general corporate law.

He has nearly thirty years of experience and an impressive track record in extraordinary transactions, including cross-border. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, spin offs, transactions on corporate capital , shareholders’ agreements, transfers of businesses, financing and restructuring transactions, as well as on drafting and negotiating the relevant contracts.

Marco also assists clients in the day-to-day management of any kind of corporate entities and drafts opinions regarding corporate law matters.

After graduating cum laude from the La Sapienza University, he worked for several years at the Corporate Law Department of the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
