Marco Mariano Borrelli

Marco focuses on corporate law, M&A and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, Marco worked with leading law firms and gained professional experience in assisting Italian and foreign companies both sell-side and buy-side, in acquisition and divestment transactions, transfers of business units, mergers and demergers and joint ventures.

Marco graduated from the Bocconi University and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2023.
