Luciano Racchi

Luciano has been dealing with labour law, social security, and trade union law since 1982, taking care of all legal issues related to human resources management.

He assists companies and large industrial groups belonging to the most varied sectors and, in particular, to the chemical-pharmaceutical, construction, engineering, environmental services and Tertiary sectors.

He is an expert in complex corporate reorganisations and restructuring, collective procedures and negotiation of trade union agreements, outsourcing processes, top management remuneration methods, as well as labour and social security litigation with particular attention for the correct INPS and INAIL classification of companies.

Luciano is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars, and training courses, and is the author of several articles and commentaries on labour law rulings, published in trade journals, and monographs on labour law.

He has been a member of the E.C. of AGI Lombardia for two consecutive terms and is currently a member of the AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani).
