Laura Matilde Cerri

Laura focuses on corporate and commercial law and provides legal assistance to companies, both domestically and internationally, in relation to business contracts, ordinary corporate assistance and extraordinary transactions (M&A).

She has gained specific expertise in providing legal advice to companies on compliance issues related to the administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001), competition law and privacy.

After graduating with honors from the Faculty of Law of Bocconi Commercial University of Milan in 2006, Laura was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 2010.
