Guido Malpezzi

Guido specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with  particular focus on disputes related to banking law, contract law, competition law, and civil enforcement. He has also gained extensive experience in litigation concerning financial and insurance instruments.

In addition to litigation, Guido provides legal advice and assistance in corporate and contractual matters, supporting both Italian and international clients in negotiating and drafting of commercial agreements.

After graduating from the University of Milano-Bicocca in 2012, he furthered his education by obtaining a Master’s in Corporate Law from Just Legal Services.

Guido is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
