Gloria Lorenzon

Gloria deals with commercial law and provides legal assistance to Italian and foreign companies in relation to contracts, corporate law and M&A transactions.

She has also gained specific expertise in civil and banking litigation, as well as in providing both in-and-out of court legal advice in labor law.

After graduating with honors from the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento in 2015, Gloria was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 2017.
