Francesco Santonastaso

Francesco focuses on industrial law and intellectual property, in particular copyright, patents, trademarks and other distinctive signs, unfair competition and related litigation.

He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Federico II University of Naples and is a member of the 2016 Bar Association.

Francesco has been a member of the Italian Sports Lawyers Association since 2013 and author of several publications on sports justice.
