Francesca Ricci

Francesca specializes in the areas of equity capital markets, M&A and private equity.

For more than 20 years she has been providing legal assistance to listed and unlisted companies in ordinary matters and extraordinary transactions. She has also assisted several companies in the listing process.  She is involved in compliance and corporate governance, and in the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts. Clients she assists on an ongoing basis include companies that operate in the manufacture and energy sectors.

Prior to joining Ughi and Nunziante, Francesca gained more than a decade of experience in leading international law firms.
