Elisabetta Rebagliati

Elisabetta joined Ughi e Nunziante in Milan in 2019, following nearly ten years of experience in primary Italian law firms.

She gained extensive experience in employment law, both litigation and extra-judicial matters, with a special focus on litigation regarding individual and collective dismissals, business transfers and ius variandi.

After her degree in law at the Bocconi University in Milan and various international university experiences such as Erasmus and Themis Law Network, Elisabetta was admitted to the bar in 2013 and she is now attending the advanced course in labor law, trade unions and social security organized by the AGI (the association for Italian labor law attorneys).

She has acted as speaker at conferences and training courses in labor law.
