Carlo Delle Piane

Carlo has extensive experience in criminal law and in procedural-penal matters related to corporate crimes, tax crimes, administrative liability of corporations, environmental crimes, accidents at work, economic crimes, and crimes for misuse of registered trademarks.

He is an expert in the drafting of organizational models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 and in the protection of the offended parties to the crime, whether individuals or entities and companies.

He has been a member of the Milan Criminal Chamber since 2002.

He was admitted to the Bar in 1993. He is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Courts since 2006.
