Benedetto assists Italian and multinational companies in both the banking and finance and industrial sectors. He has developed significant expertise in contract law, M&A, corporate finance and structured finance transactions, having assisted foreign companies operating in Italy on regulated markets for many years.

Benedetto has held positions within companies and investment funds operating, in particular, in the real estate sector.

After graduating from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome in 2002, Benedetto was admitted to the Bar in 2006 and obtained a PhD in European Private Law from the University of Florence in 2008.

Benedetto was previously a teaching assistant at the Private Law Faculties of the University of Florence. He regularly teaches at Masters courses organized by some of the most prestigious Italian universities in the fields of corporate law, banking and international contract law. He is the author of numerous articles published in Italian and international law journals.
