Barbara Pizzoni

Barbara specializes in the areas of domestic and international taxation of multinational corporations and funds, tax assessments and litigation, and taxation of private clients, including labor taxation and estate planning.

She has successfully handled numerous litigations based on the contrast to EU law of Italian domestic provisions.

She holds a law degree cum laude  from the University of Milan, a master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law from Bocconi University (Milan), an LL.M. in International Taxation cum laude  from the University of Leiden (Netherlands), a doctorate in European Tax Law from the University of Bologna.

She was admitted to Bar in Milan in 2003 and she is qualified to practice before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) and the High Courts.

Prior to joining Ughi and Nunziante, Barbara gained more than 20 years of experience in leading law and tax firms.
