Barbara De Benedetti

Barbara, who graduated with honours in labour law, is an expert in labour law and industrial relations. She assists clients both in extrajudicial matters and in the day-to-day management of company personnel, including through support in trade union negotiations and labour and trade union litigation.

Barbara has collaborated with the journals ‘D&L – Rivista Critica di diritto del lavoro’ and ‘Massimario di Giurisprudenza del Lavoro’, and has lectured in training courses organised by Il Sole 24 Ore.

She is a member of the AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani).
