Antonello Lupo

Antonello assists multinational corporations, banks and financial institutions on matters such as asset finance, structured finance, M&A, reorganizations and tax planning. He assists private clients on trust and asset planning matters.

He holds a seat on boards of directors and advisory boards of Italian and foreign companies in the energy, new technology, innovation and new media sectors.

He is a member of the following associations: International Fiscal Association (Executive Committee and National treasury from 2002 to 2006), International Bar Association, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (member and Treasurer of the European Committee, formerly Chairman of the Italian branch) vice-president of the Italy-United Arab Emirates Association.

Antonello was a researcher at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation of Amsterdam and a reserve officer at the Legal Department of the Comando Generale della Guardia di Finanza of Rome.
