Anna Vanni

Anna focuses on banking and finance, corporate law, M&A, private equity and capital markets. She assists multinational and Italian companies in international contracting, acquisitions and sale of corporate interests. She also assists clients in corporate financing, especially in cross-border transactions. She also has experience in the field of recognition of Italian citizenship to foreigners and in matters of reciprocity between different jurisdictions.

She graduated with honors from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and has been a member of the Bar since 2010.
