Andrea Rescigno

Andrea has more than thirty years of experience in corporate and commercial law.

He has represented clients in M&A transactions, formation of Joint Ventures, incorporation of companies, drafting and negotiations of domestic national and international contracts (manufacturing, supply, distribution contracts), mainly active in the industrial (chemicals, pharmaceutical and printing) and media sectors.

He renders legal advice on corporate matters, in commercial disputes, ordinary and arbitration, and sits on the Boards of Directors of subsidiaries of primary multinational groups.

After graduating at the Università Cattolica of Milan in 1989, Andrea was admitted to the Milan Bar in 1992 and has been admitted to plead before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).

Andrea is the co-author of the Italian Chapter of “Insolvency Laws in Italy, the Italian Chapter of  the “International Treatise on Insolvency Laws”, Iuris Publishing, and is the author or coauthor of several article on legal reviews.

Andrea is currently the president of TELFA (Trans-European Law Firm Alliance).
