Alessia Tafuro

Prior to joining the firm, Alessia worked with leading law firms, gaining professional experience dealing with domestic and transnational litigation and arbitration on behalf of Italian and foreign clients, particularly in relation to commercial and corporate disputes.

She also provides assistance in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and commercial agreements. She assists companies in insolvency proceedings and in managing the corporate secretariat.

Alessia has a law degree from the University of Salerno and, after one year of a Master 2 studies in Private International Law and International Trade at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne, she obtained the French degree.
